played at Notre Dame Prep High School Gym on Giddings Road just
South of Walton Blvd. in Pontiac |

Teams
are co-ed (3 male and 3 female) |

Players must be 15 years old or older and not playing high school
volleyball concurrently |

person limit on roster per team |

Fees
per team include:
· Referees for all games plus tournament
· Equipment
· Church name engraved on plaque for season champions
· PAVAL shirts OR cash for tournament champions
